Ultimate Battle Party for Ages 8+ 

• Cars can drive directly to the Alive Outside gate for drop-off and collection.
• Killruddery Estate has multiple entrances - ensure drivers follow signs for Alive Outside!

• Comfortable clothing for outdoor play, especially if it is raining.
• Good footwear with grip. Trail runners are best, while astro boots also work well. Flip-flops are not suitable.
• Change of shoes for the car ride home.
• Rain jacket just in case of a sprinkle!

• 3 guided activities with expert instructors
• Dedicated instructor per pod (approx. 16 participants)

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Final Numbers & Payment: Final participant numbers must be confirmed and paid in full at least 7 days before your visit. You can update your numbers and pay any outstanding balance online up until this deadline.
• Staffing & Resources: Once numbers are confirmed, we allocate instructors, equipment, facilities and schedule slots to your group. As capacity is reserved and other groups may be turned away, we cannot refund late cancellations or no-shows.
• No Pay-on-the-Day: We do not offer “pay-on-the-day” options for group bookings. Our operations rely on advance planning to ensure safety, quality and a smooth experience for every group.
• Accuracy of Numbers: Please ensure your participant numbers are correct at the 7-day deadline. Refunds cannot be given - and additional children cannot be added - after this point.
• Weather Policy: We operate rain or shine so please dress appropriately for the Irish climate. If Met Éireann issues an orange weather warning, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
• Lazer Tag in the Rain: In cases of very heavy rain, Lazer Tag may not be possible due to safety and equipment considerations. If this happens, we will replace it with an alternative 30-minute activity that delivers the same level of fun and energy for the group.

CHECK-IN POLICY

• Arrive 15 minutes early to secure parking and get everyone organised and ready.
• Allow extra travel time, as the Bray area and Southern Cross Road can be busy, especially on weekends.
• Check-in begins promptly at your scheduled start time - please arrive on time to make the most of your experience.
• Your instructor will start with a Health & Safety briefing and a quick overview of the activities before guiding you to your activity zone.
• Late arrivals may have reduced activity time due to scheduling constraints.
• Hand sanitiser is available throughout - please use it as needed.
• If any child has a medical condition (e.g., asthma, hay fever, diabetes), please inform your instructor.

FINAL NUMBERS
To secure your party date and time, simply purchase a minimum of 10 tickets. Please confirm your final numbers and settle any remaining balance at least 7 working days before the birthday party so we can arrange the right number of instructors.

WAIVER FORMS
Each child attending will need a signed digital waiver. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to share the weblink with other parents. For health and safety reasons, only children with completed waiver forms can join the party activities. 

FOOD OPTIONS
This package includes 30 minutes under a rustic Parachute Tent, complete with seating and benches for the kids to enjoy their food. Whether you bring birthday cake, snacks, a mix of treats or get pizza delivered (eg Dominos Bray 01 2828888) - it's completely up to you to decide on the menu for your celebration!

KILLRUDDERY YARD
During your visit, don’t miss a chance to stop by Killruddery Yard - just a quick 2-minute walk from our Adventure Centre. Open seven days a week, it offers something for everyone with its Coffee Shop, Pizza Shed, The Grain Store and Farm Shop. WHEN YOU GET HOME
Have kids shower and change into fresh clothes once they’re back home and wash all clothing thoroughly before wearing again.
