All while raising vital funds for the National Maternity Hospital, this bespoke experience unfolds across the stunning Killruddery Estate in Bray and blends challenge, teamwork and plenty of laughs from start to finish.

In the morning, teams will tackle a unique Hell & Back Obstacle Challenge, navigating 5KM of woodland trails and taking on more than 60 iconic obstacles as they race side by side. After lunch, the energy stays high with the Quadrangle Challenge, where teams rotate through four fast-paced activity zones, earning points along the way. Every participant contributes and the structure ensures all abilities feel included, supported and part of the action.

With Alive Outside’s expert instructors offering encouragement and motivation throughout, this full-day adventure is designed to unite colleagues, build confidence and celebrate teamwork, all while supporting the incredible work of the National Maternity Hospital.
