- Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 10 working days (2 weeks) before your visit. This allows us to invoice your school and plan effectively.
- Once numbers are confirmed, we allocate staff and resources - including instructors, access to obstacles and facilities, and slots in our daily schedule. As we reserve capacity and turn away other school groups, last-minute cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded.
- We do not offer “pay-on-the-day” options for School Tour bookings. Our operations rely on advance planning to ensure safety, quality and a smooth experience for every group.
- We operate rain or shine - dress for the Irish weather! If Met Éireann issues an orange weather warning, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
