- All participant numbers - including how many students will do the inclusive activities - must be confirmed at least 7 days before your trip to Alive Outside. This allows us to invoice your school and plan effectively.
- Once numbers are confirmed, we allocate staff and resources - including instructors, access to obstacles and facilities, and slots in our daily schedule. As we reserve capacity and turn away other school groups, last-minute cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded.
- Changes between activities cannot be made on the day.
- We do not offer “pay-on-the-day” options for School Tour bookings. Our operations rely on advance planning to ensure safety, quality and a smooth experience for every group.
- We operate rain or shine - dress for the Irish weather! If Met Éireann issues an orange weather warning, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
