This 6th Class Graduation Party is the perfect way for children to mark their final days before moving on to secondary school. Set on the stunning 800-acre Killruddery Estate, children will take on over 60 exciting obstacles across a 5-7KM course (depending on fitness), inspired by HELL & BACK Junior and Ireland’s Fittest Family. Guided by experienced instructors, children will climb, crawl, jump and laugh their way through ditches, streams, forests and trails.

It’s all about teamwork, fun and memories that will last long after the day is over.

This 6th Class Graduation Party is the perfect way for children to mark their final days before moving on to secondary school. Total Time Onsite: 2.5 hours

  1. Arrival & Check-In: Arrive 15 minutes before your start time for toilet breaks & organisation.
  2. Health & Safety Briefing: Short briefing to ensure everyone knows what to expect.
  3. Main Challenge (1.5-2 hours): Conquer over 60 obstacles on the guided 5-7KM course. No super-athletes required – teamwork, determination and a positive attitude are all that’s needed!
  4. Woodland Chill-Out (30 minutes): Relax, refuel and celebrate under our parachute tent in the Woodland Hangout area. Bring your own snacks and drinks or order pizza for the group.
  5. Departure: Collection at designated finish time.
  • Cars can drive directly to the Alive Outside gate for drop-off and collection.
  • Killruddery Estate has multiple entrances - ensure drivers follow signs for Alive Outside!

  • During your visit, don’t miss a chance to stop by Killruddery Yard – just a 5-minute walk from our Adventure Centre. Open seven days a week, it offers something for everyone with its Coffee Shop, Pizza Shed, The Grain Store and Farm Shop. 
  • Comfortable sports/outdoor clothing (no jeans or good clothes)
  • Old runners or trainers with good grip
  • Light rain jacket and layers for warmth
  • Change of clothes and shoes for after the course

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Final Numbers & Payment: Final participant numbers must be confirmed and paid in full at least 7 days before your visit. You can update your numbers and pay any outstanding balance online up until this deadline.
  • Staffing & Resources: Once numbers are confirmed, we allocate instructors, equipment, facilities and schedule slots to your group. As capacity is reserved and other groups may be turned away, we cannot refund late cancellations or no-shows.
  • No Pay-on-the-Day: We do not offer “pay-on-the-day” options for group bookings. Our operations rely on advance planning to ensure safety, quality and a smooth experience for every group.
  • Accuracy of Numbers: Please ensure your participant numbers are correct at the 7-day deadline. Refunds cannot be given - and additional children cannot be added - after this point.
  • Weather Policy: We operate rain or shine so please dress appropriately for the Irish climate. If Met Éireann issues an orange weather warning, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative arrangements.

CHECK-IN POLICY

  • Please arrive on time to allow for parking, restroom breaks, and group organisation.
  • Late arrivals may experience reduced activity time due to scheduling constraints.
  • All participants must complete the digital waiver form prior to arrival. Participation is not permitted without a completed waiver.
  • Please inform your instructor of any relevant medical conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, or allergies.
  • Health & Safety briefing will be given to all participants before the event begins.
  • Participants are welcome to explore Killruddery Yard before or after the event, which features a Coffee Shop, Pizza Shed, and Farm Shop.

 

  • Parents are very welcome to join in the activities - just include them in your total numbers!
  • The obstacle challenge lasts approx. 2 hours and, with 30 mins set aside for drinks and snacks afterwards, your group will be onsite for 2.5 hours in total. 
  • All activities have been fully risk-assessed by Alive Outside's Health & Safety consultant.
  • Alive Outside is located on a working farm so, when they get home, all children should shower, change into fresh clothes and wash worn clothing thoroughly before reuse.
