Each zone lasts approximately 25 minutes so, with safety briefings and chill out time afterwards, your group will be ontsite for approx. 3.5 hours.

What to Expect:

Your team will engage in six diverse 25-minute activities, each crafted to challenge and inspire:

  1. Axe Throwing: Test precision and focus as team members aim for the target, fostering concentration and mutual encouragement.
  2. Floor is Lava: Collaborate to navigate imaginative obstacles, enhancing balance, strategic planning and collective problem-solving.
  3. Bushcraft: Develop practical survival skills through engaging tasks that build resilience and teamwork in a natural setting.
  4. Archery: Hone accuracy and coordination in this classic activity, promoting friendly competition and group support.
  5. Hang Tough/Backs Against the Wall: Inspired by Ireland’s Fittest Family, these endurance tasks encourage teamwork and determination.
  6. Crack the Code: Solve puzzles together, enhancing communication, critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving abilities.

Teams will rotate through these activities, with approx. 12 participants per group, ensuring full engagement and contribution from all members. Our expert instructors will guide the experience, maintaining high energy levels and a supportive atmosphere throughout the day.

After conquering the challenges, unwind with 30 minutes in Giltspur Basecamp, a serene space where your team can relax, reflect and celebrate their accomplishments. Bring your own refreshments or arrange catering to enjoy a well-deserved post-adventure gathering.

  • Clothing:
    • Wear a tracksuit or sports kit – leave the jeans and good clothes at home!
    • Layer up! A baselayer (e.g. Under Armour) under your top will keep you warm, especially in cold or wet weather.
  • Footwear:
    • Good shoes are a must – trail runners with grip are ideal, but astro boots work too.
  • Essentials:
    • Change of Clothes & Shoes – You probably wont need them but handy to have, especially for the trip home!
    • Towel – Handy for drying off after the challenge.
    • Light Rain Jacket – Stay prepared for the unpredictable weather.
    • Backpack – To keep your gear organised.
  • Food & Drink:
    • Snacks or Packed Lunch – Refuel between the activities.
    • Plenty of Water – Hydration is key!

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Confirmation of numbers: All participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before your trip. This enables us to invoice your company and plan resources effectively.
  • Resource allocation: Once numbers are confirmed, we allocate staff, instructors, access to obstacles and facilities, and schedule slots.
  • Cancellations & no-shows: As we reserve capacity and may turn away other groups, last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Payment: We do not offer pay-on-the-day options for corporate bookings. Advance planning ensures the safety, quality, and smooth experience of every group.
  • Weather policy: Activities operate rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for Irish weather. If Met Éireann issues an orange weather warning, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

CHECK-IN POLICY

  • Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows time for parking, check-in, and getting your group organised.
  • Plan extra travel time: The Bray area and Southern Cross Road can experience heavy traffic, particularly on weekends.
  • Check-in begins promptly at your scheduled start time. Arriving on time ensures you get the full experience.
  • Upon arrival, your instructor will start with a Health & Safety briefing before showing you where to leave your bags.
  • Groups will then be divided into teams of approximately 12 participants per zone. If you prefer to arrange your own teams in advance, you are welcome to do so.
  • Late arrivals will have reduced activity time due to scheduling constraints.
  • Hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue for your convenience.
  • If any participant has a medical condition (e.g., asthma, hay fever, diabetes), please inform your instructor prior to the activity.

FINAL NUMBERS
To secure your group's date and time, simply purchase a minimum of 20 tickets. Please confirm your final numbers and settle any remaining balance at least 7 working days before the booking so we can arrange the right number of instructors.

WAIVER FORMS
Each participant attending will need a signed digital waiver. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to share the weblink with everyone taking part. For health and safety, only those with completed waiver forms can participate.
