Give your group an unforgettable 2.5-hour experience in our exciting outdoor lazer tag arena, perfect for boys and girls from age eight to teenagers!
This inclusive, action-packed activity is designed to bring community groups and youth clubs together for fun, teamwork and connection in the great outdoors. Watch as your group collaborates, communicates and navigates thrilling lazer tag missions in our custom-built arena, featuring shelters, huts and plenty of secret hideouts for a truly immersive adventure!
What's Included?
- 30-Minute Prep & Safety Briefing: Participants will gear up in lazer tag overalls and receive a thorough safety briefing before diving into the action.
- 90 Minutes of Lazer Tag Fun: Engage in exciting missions that encourage teamwork, problem-solving and creative strategies in a supportive environment.
- 30 Minutes to Wrap Up: Celebrate the day, share stories and reflect on the adventure together.
Optional Extras:
- Add 30 minutes of chill-out time in The Barn for just €50! Relax after your Laser Tag mission, enjoy the stunning views and savour your own food or drink – you set the menu!

- Comfortable clothing for outdoor play, especially if it is raining.
- Good footwear with grip. Trail runners are best, while astro boots also work well. Flip-flops are not suitable.
- Change of shoes for the car ride home.
- Rain jacket just in case of a sprinkle!
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Final Numbers & Payment: Final participant numbers must be confirmed and paid in full at least 7 days before your visit. You can update your numbers and pay any outstanding balance online up until this deadline.
- Staffing & Resources: Once numbers are confirmed, we allocate instructors, equipment, facilities and schedule slots to your group. As capacity is reserved and other groups may be turned away, we cannot refund late cancellations or no-shows.
- No Pay-on-the-Day: We do not offer “pay-on-the-day” options for group bookings. Our operations rely on advance planning to ensure safety, quality and a smooth experience for every group.
- Accuracy of Numbers: Please ensure your participant numbers are correct at the 7-day deadline. Refunds cannot be given - and additional children cannot be added - after this point.
- Weather Policy: We operate rain or shine so please dress appropriately for the Irish climate. If Met Éireann issues an orange weather warning, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
CHECK-IN POLICY
- Arrive 15 minutes early to secure parking and get everyone organised and ready.
- Allow extra travel time, as the Bray area and Southern Cross Road can be busy, especially on weekends
- Check-in begins promptly at your scheduled start time—please arrive on time to make the most of your experience.
- Your instructor will begin with a Health & Safety briefing and a quick overview of the activities before guiding you to the Lazer Tag Arena.
- Late arrivals may have reduced activity time due to scheduling constraints.
- Hand sanitiser is available throughout the venue—please use it as needed.
- If any participant has a medical condition (e.g., asthma, hay fever, diabetes), please inform your instructor.
FINAL NUMBERS
To secure your group date and time, simply purchase a minimum of 8 tickets. Please confirm your final numbers and settle any remaining balance at least 7 working days before the activity so we can arrange the right number of instructors. Maximum number of tickets available = 16.
WAIVER FORMS
Each participant attending will need a signed digital waiver. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to share the weblink with parents / guardians. For health and safety, only participants with completed waiver forms can join the adventure.
FOOD & DRINK OPTIONS
Add 30 minutes of chill-out time in The Barn afterwards for just €50 extra, where you can bring your own drinks or snacks – or order pizza to be delivered (eg Dominos Bray 01 2828888) – it’s completely up to you what's on the menu!
KILLRUDDERY YARD
During your visit, don’t miss a chance to stop by Killruddery Yard – just a quick 2-minute walk from our Adventure Centre. Open seven days a week, it offers something for everyone with its Coffee Shop, Pizza Shed, The Grain Store and Farm Shop. WHEN YOU GET HOME
Have participants shower and change into fresh clothes once they’re back home and wash all clothing thoroughly before wearing again.
