Take Your Club to Hell...and Back!

If your club is looking for an action-packed, fun-filled adventure that builds teamwork, boosts confidence and creates unforgettable memories, then you've come to the right place! Set on the stunning 800 acres Killruddery Estate, your club members will have to work together to conquer over 60 exciting obstacles over a 5-7KM (depending on fitness) course, inspired by HELL & BACK and Ireland's Fittest Family.

Think muddy trails, daring climbs and plenty of laughs as club members help each other through ditches, streams and bogs before attempting the infamous Halfpipe Ramp at the Finish Line.

No super-athletes needed – just plenty of blood, sweat and tears and a positive can-do attitude!

What's Included:

  • Safety First – 5-Minute Prep & Briefing. Kick things off with a quick health and safety briefing from our expert instructors. Your safety is our top priority, so listen up and get ready!
  • 1.5–2 Hours of Action-Packed Adventure. Tackle the 5–7KM instructor-led course through the stunning Killruddery Estate. Whether you sprint, stroll or cheer each other on, teamwork is the key – no one gets left behind!

  • Your instructor will kick things off with a Health & Safety briefing and a quick overview of the activities before bringing you to an area to leave your bags and onto the Start Line.
  • Late arrivals will have reduced activity time due to scheduling constraints.
  • Hand sanitiser is available throughout; please use it as needed.
  • If any participant has a medical condition, such as asthma, hay fever or diabetes, please inform your Instructor.
