An Epic Birthday Adventure for Your Child! Make your child’s birthday truly unforgettable with our 2-hour action-packed party, suitable for boys and girls aged 9 to 13! This package includes 90 minutes of high-energy challenges from HELL & BACK and Ireland's Fittest Family TV Show, as well as 30 minutes of celebration under our unique Parachute Tent, perfect for birthday cake, food, and fun with friends. Activity highlights include:
- Speed Challenge: Tyre Run Relay to get their hearts racing!
- Endurance Test: Hang Tough and Backs Against the Wall for a test of determination.
- Toughness Trial: The Black Pearl Assault Course with Sandbag Carry, Barrel Drag and Tyre Flip!
- Teamwork Task: The Eliminator Challenge, complete with a ramp finish for an epic group victory!
Our skilled Instructors will act as Coaches, tailoring each activity to match the group’s abilities and encouraging everyone to take on the challenges with confidence.

- Comfortable clothing for outdoor play, especially if it is raining.
- Good footwear with grip. Trail runners are best, while astro boots also work well. Flip-flops are not suitable.
- Change of shoes for the car ride home.
- Rain jacket just in case of a sprinkle!
- Plan to arrive around 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to secure parking and to get everyone organised and ready.
- Plan extra travel time as the Bray area and Southern Cross Road can be very busy, especially at weekends.
- Check-in begins promptly at your start time so please be on time to make the most of your experience!
- Your instructor will kick things off with a Health & Safety briefing and a quick overview of the activities before guiding you to your activity zone.
- Late arrivals will have reduced activity time due to scheduling constraints.
- Hand sanitiser is available throughout; please use it as needed.
- If any child has a medical condition, such as asthma, hay fever or diabetes, please inform your Instructor.
FINAL NUMBERS
To secure your party date and time, simply purchase a minimum of 10 tickets. Please confirm your final numbers and settle any remaining balance at least 5 days before the birthday party so we can arrange the right number of instructors.
WAIVER FORMS
Each child attending will need a signed digital waiver. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to share the weblink with other parents. For health and safety, only children with completed waiver forms can join the party activities.

WHEN YOU GET HOME
Have kids shower and change into fresh clothes once they’re back home and wash all clothing thoroughly before wearing again.
